Harry from our Bath office recently attended a ‘Shaping Future Places’ Bake Off event hosted by Stride Treglown. The event took place at The Bertinet Kitchen Cookery School in Bath and was led by legendary French chef Richard Bertinet.

During the event competitors were spilt into teams each led by a Stride Treglown Celebrity Chef and included using a ‘secret ingredient’. Harry and his team made an impressive Fougasse (a type of French bread) and his baking skills earnt him the coveted title of Star Baker and together with a signed copy of Richard Bertinet’s latest book.

The was event organised to raise money for The Amber Foundation and MEA were delighted to make a donation to this worthy charity who help homeless, unemployed young people move on to positive, independent futures.
