MEA are providing Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on the refurbishment and recladding of this 1960’s mixed-use building to create the impressive new Woking One development which is now nearing completion.

This 60,000 sq ft mixed use development is located opposite Woking Train station and provides the link between the railway station and the town centre. The redevelopment offers new residential, retail and leisure facilities together with approximately 39,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, which has been pre-let during construction to Spaces and will be the largest co-working offering in Woking.

Real estate investment management company Palmer Capital and development specialists Wrenbridge, acquired the site in 2015, with the aim of redeveloping the gateway site into Woking town centre.
