It was great to see progress being made at the Epsom & Ewell High School project on our last site visit. The Bellway Homes’ signs for their new Buckthorn Grange development of new 2 & 3 bedroom houses are now up.
MEA are appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the Epsom and Ewell High School project. This included the land disposal to Bellway Homes which was delivered by MEA’s sister company, Building Schools for Nothing. BSfN worked tirelessly with the school to structure and implement the complex strategy and is delighted that the project is now making progress.
The proceeds of the land sale are funding the improvement of the school’s facilities which include brand new, state of the art facilities including sports pavilion, artificial pitches, natural turf pitches, new sports hall and new teaching block. These will start on site later in the summer and will be implemented over the next 3 years.
