Celebrating Staff Progression at MEA

We are delighted to announce the recent staff progressions at MEA, highlighting the hard work and dedication of our team members who have consistently demonstrated excellence in their roles.

Lee Feasey: From Senior Quantity Surveyor to Associate

Lee joined Hother Associates 12 years ago as a student and over the years, with dedication and hard work has honed his skills, developing into an accomplished Quantity Surveyor. Since the integration of Hother into MEA in 2022, he has become a vital member of our London team.

Lee has shown his expertise, working on large, high-profile projects for clients such as Workspace, Shaftesbury, and Arsenal FC. His drive, tenacity, and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients is truly commendable. In the last year, he has successfully delivered multiple complex projects in and around London, including 22 Ganton Street, 2 Sheen Road and 5 Carnaby Street to name a few, as well as continuing to work on an exciting pipeline of current projects.

We are delighted to recognise Lee’s success and promote him to the position of Associate. In his new role, Lee will take on a leadership role, he will continue to nurture key client relationships as well as building new connections in and around London and provide mentor support to younger members of the surveying team.

Lee has a bright career ahead of him, we are confident he will rise to this next challenge and wish him every success.

William Kennett: From Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor

William Kennett’s promotion from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor reflects his hard work and valuable contribution to MEA. Since joining our Bath team in 2022 he has impressed us with both the quality of his work and his work ethic. He is well regarded by clients and colleagues and is considered an asset to any project team.

William is contributing on range of current projects including the base-build and fit-out at Salisbury Museum, The Manor House project for Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council and multiple private residences for high-net-worth clients.

In his new role, William will have increased autonomy and additional project responsibilities that he will undertake alongside concluding his RICS professional APC qualification in Easter 2024.

We are thrilled for William and wish him every success in his new position.
