Lee Feasey: From Senior Quantity Surveyor to Associate
Lee joined Hother Associates 12 years ago as a student and over the years, with dedication and hard work has honed his skills, developing into an accomplished Quantity Surveyor. Since the integration of Hother into MEA in 2022, he has become a vital member of our London team.
Lee has shown his expertise, working on large, high-profile projects for clients such as Workspace, Shaftesbury, and Arsenal FC. His drive, tenacity, and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients is truly commendable. In the last year, he has successfully delivered multiple complex projects in and around London, including 22 Ganton Street, 2 Sheen Road and 5 Carnaby Street to name a few, as well as continuing to work on an exciting pipeline of current projects.
We are delighted to recognise Lee’s success and promote him to the position of Associate. In his new role, Lee will take on a leadership role, he will continue to nurture key client relationships as well as building new connections in and around London and provide mentor support to younger members of the surveying team.
Lee has a bright career ahead of him, we are confident he will rise to this next challenge and wish him every success.
William Kennett: From Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor
William Kennett’s promotion from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor reflects his hard work and valuable contribution to MEA. Since joining our Bath team in 2022 he has impressed us with both the quality of his work and his work ethic. He is well regarded by clients and colleagues and is considered an asset to any project team.
William is contributing on range of current projects including the base-build and fit-out at Salisbury Museum, The Manor House project for Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council and multiple private residences for high-net-worth clients.
In his new role, William will have increased autonomy and additional project responsibilities that he will undertake alongside concluding his RICS professional APC qualification in Easter 2024.
We are thrilled for William and wish him every success in his new position.
Beth Stone: From Graduate Quantity Surveyor to Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Based at our office in Surrey, Beth has been a valued member of the team for two years, her promotion recognises her continuous hard work and professional development since joining MEA.
Beth has worked alongside MEA directors on a range of construction projects including, Fullbrook 6, Ladywell Convent, and award-winning private client residences. She has provided vital support and shown she is a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, qualities that will pave the way for a successful career in Quantity Surveying.
In her new role, Beth will take on additional project responsibilities to expand both her project portfolio and her professional skillset whilst also working toward her RICS APC.
We are delighted for Beth and wish her every success as her career progresses.
