We are thrilled to announce that Beth Stone has been promoted to Quantity Surveyor.
Beth joined MEA as a graduate and has worked her way up through the ranks, showcasing her ability to juggle multiple complex tasks and deliver outstanding results on a diverse range of projects. Some of her recent work includes:
- Extension to St Francis’ Building at Ladywell Convent: Beth was instrumental in overseeing the extension and refurbishment project alongside Director Mike O’Hanlon, ensuring completion to time and budget.
- Extension of Fullbrook 6: Beth played a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of this project, coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing resources effectively was key to the overall success.
- Multiple Private Client Residences: Beth has also worked on several impressive private client projects, her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has been evident.
This promotion reflects the consistent hard work, dedication, and professionalism Beth has demonstrated since joining our team.
Looking Ahead
We are confident that Beth will rise to the challenge of her new role, that will see her taking on more responsibilities, with greater autonomy whilst also working towards her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
