An Agreement for Lease, conditional on planning, has been exchanged with M&S to take the ‘anchor’ store on the development and a further agreement has been exchanged with Primark for the second ‘anchor’ store.
A planning application has recently been submitted for the development of a multiplex cinema and a restaurant unit on part of the adjoining site.
