We are proud to be working with Spelthorne Borough Council on the construction of hostel facilities and emergency accommodation for the homeless people of Spelthorne. Spelthorne Borough Council recognises that rough sleeping is a complex issue and they are committed to helping people in this situation to find safe accommodation in order to help them to get their lives back on track and focus on a positive future.
MEA are providing consultancy services to both the White House Hostel and Harper House projects in Ashford. Harper House includes the demolition of the existing building to re-build a purpose-built temporary accommodation facility for 20 families, which include wheelchair accessible facilities, a communal laundry and an office. The White House will include a purpose-built homeless emergency accommodation facility for up to 27 homeless people with 24-hour cover and space for training and education.
