MEA are currently providing Quantity Surveying services to Spelthorne Borough Council on the Victory Place project which will provide 115 affordable homes.
The scheme which has been designed by dn-a architects and project managed by Gleeds, is located on a former NHS overflow car park in Ashford, Middlesex.
The development is configured in three blocks. Blocks A & B comprise 110 apartments including a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed units, arranged over 3, 4 and 5 storeys. Block C comprises 5 x 2 bedroom terraced houses. The gross internal floor area is approximately 8,500 m2.
Externally the scheme includes hard and soft landscaping and has been designed to include car parking with electric car charging points, amenity areas, access roads and planting.
The redevelopment has been submitted for planning with a decision due in February 2020.
