Victory Place in Ashford has now been granted permission and we are looking forward to works starting on site in the summer. MEA are providing Quantity Surveying services to Spelthorne Borough Council on this impressive project which will provide 127 affordable units targeted for NHS workers.
The scheme which has been designed by dn-a architects and project managed by Gleeds, is located on a former NHS overflow car park in Ashford, Middlesex.
The new development will include five family houses, eight three-bedroom flats, 78 two-bedroom flats and 36 one-bedroom flats, each with car parking and amenity space in the site in Victory Close in Ashford.
It’s the council’s first 100 per cent affordable development and key workers will get priority as deal has been reached with Ashford & St. Peter’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to ensure that their staff will benefit.
