Last month we welcomed back Bath based Associate Harry Robinson from his sabbatical and thought we’d ease him back into it with a team breakfast at Boston Tea Party in Bath.
Harry decided to take a 3 month break from work to fulfil his dream of travelling to Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Vietnam and has shared some pictures of his adventure with us.
As a company we believe it’s really important to support the goals and aspirations of our staff because we know if we can do that, they will be happier within themselves and happier at work.
When we asked Harry what it meant to him to be able to take such a break he told us:
“Taking some time out to travel has been absolutely amazing, I feel really lucky to have been given the opportunity to go and explore some incredible places with the security of a job to return to when I came home. I’ve seen some incredible sites, experienced other cultures and eaten some very unusual foods but most importantly made some unforgettable memories. I’m now back, and ready to get stuck back into my projects with MEA”.
