We would like to say a very warm welcome to Joe Soares who has joined our Bath team as Quantity Surveyor following a relocation from London.
Joe is a Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He joins us from a large plc developer in central London having previously worked for another quantity surveying practice in Bath as well as in Europe. His wide range of experience includes residential and mixed-use schemes, high rise developments, commercial offices, and education.
Aside from work, Joe has a keen interest in travel. Prior to permanently settling in Bath, he has lived in 5 different countries. He also has 2 young children who keep him busy when he’s not working.
We already have some exciting projects lined up for Joe to work on including a project at Marlborough College, an expert witness case, and some private residential projects in the local area.
