We are pleased to announce that work has now commenced at Dove House School Academy in Basingstoke. Dove House is a specialist secondary school for around 200 children aged 11-16 with moderate learning difficulties.
MEA are providing Quantity Surveying services to the project which will provide a brand new teaching block to replace the existing temporary accommodation facilities, due to complete in February 2019.
Funding for the project has been provided by a successful CIF (Condition Improvement Funding) application supported by the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency). CIF is an annual bidding round to which academies and sixth-form colleges can apply for capital funding. MEA have a wealth of experience in dealing with CIF applications.
