Projects / Rectory Park

MEA provided Quantity Surveying services to the parklife football hubs programme at Rectory Park in Northolt, which is the first scheme of its kind to be built in a London parkland. It also houses the new headquarters for Middlesex FA who part funded the project with Ealing Council, The FA, The Football Foundation and London Marathon Trust.

The 16,800 sq ft development provides:
– 6 changing rooms
– 160 sqm of combined community and social space which can provide seated accommodation for up to 140 people.
– Flexible community space to support both coach education and training programmes together with community activities.
– Social space cafe
– 2 full size flood lit third generation artificial grass pitches (3G AGP).

This facility will enhance the existing community facilities – grass football pitches, 2 cricket squares, a model aeroplane fly zone and a children’s playground with skatepark and basketball court.
