Epsom and Ewell School

MEA provided Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Quantity Surveying services on the transformative Epsom and Ewell High School project following the successful execution of a land disposal initiative led by our sister company, Building Schools for Nothing.  The sale of land to Bellway Homes generated all funds to cover the comprehensive works undertaken at the school.

The scope of work included construction of new, state-of-the-art facilities, delivered across two phases. This deliberate approach ensured the seamless replacement of existing buildings while prioritising the uninterrupted operation of the school throughout the construction process.

The new facilities include a Sports Pavilion, a full-sized AGP floodlit football pitch, natural grass football pitches, an athletics track, and a new four-court sports hall compliant with Sport England standards. A new classroom block, a hockey pitch, and modern hard play areas, car parking and soft landscaping.
