Northolt Leisure Centre

Northolt Leisure Centre was commissioned to replace the old Northolt Swimorama facility which closed late 2007.

The new centre includes, 25m 8 lane competition pool with spectator seating, 16x12m learner pool with moveable floor, wetside changing facilities, state of the art fitness gym, muti-use studio, dry side changing facilites, cafe, community hall, library and Police Safer Neighbourhoods base.

The community hall has been designed to high level of finish to enable it to be used for sports and functions.

The Leisure Centre incorporates a gas fired CHP to create an energy centre within, which serves not only the Leisure Centre, but also the adjacent residential development.

The project was procured on a two stage design and build basis and was completed one month ahead of schedule and within budget.
