Following the successful opening of the new state of the art Three Rivers Academy, the old and dilapidated 1960’s school buildings which were formally Rydens Enterprise School have now been demolished in order to make way for the new housing development, Jubilee Meadows.
Bewley Homes are now developing the disposal site with 296 dwellings of which 43% will be affordable homes in line with the local policy for affordable housing.
