MEA are proud to announce an exceptional evening of success at the Bath Property Awards 2025, securing two prestigious wins and receiving three additional finalist nominations across multiple categories.
MEA Director, Mark Saint, was honoured with the Outstanding Individual Award, recognising his leadership, vision and continued dedication to excellence in the construction and property sector. Mark’s commitment to collaborative, client-focused delivery and his long-standing impact within the Bath and South West property community were key to this recognition.
MEA also took home the Civic and Community Award for their involvement in the Bath Cats and Dogs Home redevelopment, a project that exemplifies how thoughtful design and construction can positively impact local communities. The scheme was celebrated for its innovation, sustainabilit, and the way it enhances facilities for both people and animals.
In addition to these victories, MEA Construction Consultants were proud to be named finalists in three other categories, including; Property Legend, Consultancy and William Kennett for Rising Star, reflecting the breadth of the firm’s expertise and the consistent quality of their work across the region.
