An upside-down replacement dwelling with seriously good views over Bath. From both floors and the rear terraces, the city is the star of the show.

Our clients have been living in Paris for the last few years, making the trip over once a month while their new home took shape.

Fast forward 18 months from demolishing the original house and Practical Completion was achieved in August 2026. 

Perfect timing, too, because the furniture lorry arrived from Paris only a few days later!
