We are delighted to announce the completion of Basingstoke Golf Club’s new 18-hole golf course and clubhouse at their new site on the outskirts of Dummer Village, Basingstoke. This remarkable new course is set to redefine the golfing experience for members and the local community alike, and we are proud to have played a role in bringing the vision to life.
The new facility offers it’s members:
- A fantastic new 18-hole course skilfully designed by Weller Designs to be a “playable challenge for all levels of golfer,”.
- A contemporary clubhouse, complete with a spacious bar, a welcoming dining area, and a veranda offering panoramic views across the course. It also includes a pro shop, changing rooms, and a flexible conference space for club members and community events.
- An impressive driving range that is set to open later this year which will feature ball-tracking technology.
The phased opening began with the first 10 holes in June, followed by the full course and clubhouse in September and the official opening scheduled for Spring 2025.
Basingstoke Golf Club’s development was funded through the sale of their former site at Kempshott Park to Bloor Homes. MEA provided Project Management and Quantity surveying services on this project and worked alongside and excellent team.
