We are delighted to announce that O&D Construction have been appointed as the Main Contractor on Phase 2 of the redevelopment work at Epsom & Ewell High School, with works scheduled for completion in Spring 2023.
MEA are currently providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services to the project. The project is being funded by a successful land disposal coordinated by MEA’s sister company, Building Schools for Nothing.
The scope of works comprises the design and construction of a new sports hall, classroom block, new hockey plus artificial grass pitch, a new natural turf pitches, associated demolition works, external works and car parking. This project is the second phase of the redevelopment works at Epsom & Ewell High School.
