MEA are pleased to be working with Bailiffscourt Ltd to develop a cost plan for the extensive refurbishment of the recently sold Black Horse Pub in Climping, West Sussex. This Grade II listed 17th century property is now set to join the Historic Sussex Hotels group to become their fourth site.
The family run Historic Sussex Hotels group is passionate about historic and architecturally interesting buildings and their existing sites include The Spread Eagle Hotel, Bailiffscourt and Ockenden Manor.
