At MEA we are very happy to have started 2021 on a positive note and although this year is still providing us with some challenges, we also have a lot to celebrate and look forward to.
In London, 2021 will see the successful completion of two residential and commercial conversion projects for our long-standing client, Shaftesbury PLC. We are also very excited to move to the construction phase on a number of prime residential projects in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea, a 1,200m2 new build house in the London/Surrey border and a central London 1,000 m2 extension providing a multi-purpose function facility and office space for an international charitable organisation.
So it’s looks like it is shaping up to be an interesting year for us at MEA despite the challenges, and we are very much looking forward to working together with all our clients and partners to successfully deliver more exciting projects as the year progresses.
