Circuit of Bath Walk… we did it!!

There are some sore feet and aching limbs in the MEA Bath office today but… we did it!!!!

And even more impressive is that we totally smashed our fundraising target by a staggering 300% and managed to raise over £1500 for Julian House. This included donations from other local businesses, friends and family which was then matched by MEA directors.

Thank you to each and everyone of you who sponsored us, it really is appreciated and kept us going during our 20 mile Circuit of Bath walk.  By the time we finished we all had some huge blisters and can hardly move today.

However, the route was absolutely beautiful and we got to experience some spectacular views across the city of Bath, whilst raising money so it was all worth it.

Julian House is a homeless charity based in Bath. They provide, housing, support and guidance to some of the most marginalised people in society – the homeless.  They provide life changing support to over 1,400 vulnerable individuals across the South West, including those suffering from homelessness, women and children escaping domestic abuse and adults with learning difficulties. Alongside their emergency hostel, they also provide supported accommodation and training and education opportunities to help people gain confidence, re-build their lives and fulfil their potential.

Our JustGiving page is still open so there is still time to donate if you would like to support this worthy cause. DONATE HERE
