MEA Hother provided Quantity Surveying services on this remarkable mixed-use development in iconic Carnaby Street.
Project works comprised demolition and subsequent reconstruction of the 4th floor, as well as the construction of a brand-new 5th floor, complete with a plant room and terrace. A comprehensive refurbishment and rear extension of the exiting reception and common areas and installation of the living wall façade.
