Nestled in the historic heart of London, Salisbury House, a Grade II listed building, has undergone an incredible transformation. Once a vault for international jewellery shippers, it now boasts contemporary office spaces finished to the highest standard thanks to a multimillion-pound renovation by flexible workplace provider Workspace.
MEA Hother has worked with Workspace on multiple phased projects at Salisbury House, this particular phase focused on the development of a flexible events space, 2 conference rooms, numerous meeting rooms, a refreshment area and a rejuvenated front of house reception. Each collaboration space has been meticulously outfitted with high-quality AV equipment to ensure an optimised meeting experience.
The design, crafted by Bluebottle architects, pays homage to Salisbury House’s storied past while seamlessly integrating modern elements. Original features of the building have been preserved and celebrated, marrying heritage with contemporary design and technology.
Working as Quantity Surveyors MEA Hother ensured the successful completion of this exciting project that ensures this building will be used and enjoyed for many more years to come offering a blend of history, functionality, and innovation.
