A premium plug-and-play office fitted out to the highest standards in the heart of London.  MEA Hother worked as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyors on this impressive project.

Project works comprised Extending the existing 4th floor office floor plates and a provision of a full CAT A fit-out of the 4th floor upper floors. Provision of 15 residential apartments with private and communal terraces at the 5th floor, a new office terrace to the 6th floor and a cycle store, shower and changing facilities added into the basement.  Separate contemporary reception areas have been created for both the office and residential apartments, providing private access with brand new lifts.  The outer façade has been refurbished, with living walls fitted to both the atrium and new 5th floor terrace and remodelled bay windows fitted on floors 2 and 3, overlooking Carnaby Street.

The result is an incredible transformation that sees this building extended and bought to modern building standards.
