Since 2017, MEA has been Bicester Village’s trusted Quantity Surveying framework consultant. Throughout this time, we have provided expert cost consultancy on many projects at their site in Oxfordshire. These projects have included construction of the Station Building, the development of the car park building, highways alterations, shell retail alterations, convenience facilities, the surfaced car park, and the paving of the mall.
