MEA provided cost consultancy services for a private client in the Surrey Hills on the demolition of an existing 1960’s dwelling, and subsequent construction of a modern and sustainable home.
The new property utilises innovative and energy efficient materials, and surpasses net zero by 30%, whilst also capitalising on the breathtaking panoramic views of the Surrey Hills.
Since completion this impressive home has been awarded ‘Residential Property of the Year’ at the prestigious Constructing Excellence Awards, as well as being nominated for numerous other industry awards.
