MEA provided Quantity Surveying services to Spelthorne Borough Council on the construction of this new build hostel complex with an accessible amenity provision in Ashford, Middlesex.

The scheme consists of 27 bedsit rooms with 6 shared kitchens, 4 moving en-suites and ancillary spaces such as a laundry room, learning suite and sitting room, staff room, managers’ office, case workers’ office, reception and stores. 4 bicycle parking bays and 9 car parking spaces, including one disabled bay are also provided.

White House Hostel provides much needed contemporary hostel accommodation in the Ashford area to meet the current and future requirements. The development is designed to provide a homely environment for residents, integrated seamlessly into the local community, with excellent environmental and sustainability performance and a landscaped amenity space.
