MEA are currently providing Quantity Surveying services to Spelthorne Borough Council on the Victory Place project which will provide 127 affordable homes.
The scheme is located on a former NHS overflow car park in Ashford, Middlesex.
The development is configured in three blocks comprising 123 apartments (a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed units) and 4 x 2 bedroom terraced houses.
Externally the scheme includes hard and soft landscaping and has been designed to include car parking with electric car charging points, amenity areas, access roads and planting.
