MEA acted as the quantity surveyors for two phases of this high quality mix of retail outlets, restaurants, offices and new apartments for rental in Central London.

Marketed by our client as ‘Covent Garden’s newest shopping and dining destination’, work on St Martin’s Courtyard was completed at the end of 2012. The total development provides almost 270,000ft2 of shops, restaurants, offices and residential units.
