Cotswolds Country House

MEA Clark provided Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for this exceptional project nestled in the picturesque Cotswolds. The ambitious renovation transformed three terrace cottages into an elegant country house surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds.

To achieve this, the terrace of three cottages were extended and amalgamated to form a single dwelling which was meticulously remodelled and refurbished to achieve a harmonious blend of modern functionality and traditional charm.

The 431 m² house features a mix of single and two-storey construction, featuring reclaimed stone rubble walls, timber and metal-framed windows in timber surrounds, and reclaimed stone and slate pitched roofs. Inside, it boasts four luxurious bedrooms, five bathrooms and expansive living spaces.

The transformation also encompassed the gardens, which now include a swimming pool and a bespoke pool house.
