MEA provided Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on the renovation of the impressive new Woking One development opposite Woking Train Station. The refurbishment and recladding of this 1960’s concrete framed building has created a 60,000 sq ft mixed use development, providing the link between the railway station and the town centre.
Woking One offers new residential, retail and leisure facilities together with approximately 39,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, which has now been fully fitted out by Spaces to become the largest co-working offering in Woking, together with Costa Coffee on the ground floor.
Real estate investment management company Palmer Capital and development specialists Wrenbridge, acquired the site in 2015, with the aim of redeveloping the gateway site into Woking town centre.
