A negotiated, traditionally procurred contract to provide 3 high quality apartments in a busy central London location.
Two ensuite apartments each on their own floors with the top being a duplex unit were finished in a contemporary style with light oak hardwood floors, venetian doors to match, new wall and ceiling linings which were painted in a crisp white finish.
The mechanical and electrical services complimented the architects design. An unobtrusive heating and ‘whole house’ ventilation system was installed throughout and a mixture of stylish recessed, rack mounted and suspended light fittings enhanced the rooms appeal.
The external facade and roof was repaired and the structure thermally updated to meet current standards.
